These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Reveling Australia (trading under Kiff & Culture (Pty) Ltd) ("Reveling," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Reveling specialises in curating bespoke leisure experiences, including but not limited to:

• Food and wine tours
• Nature and wildlife excursions
• Indigenous cultural immersions
• Sports and adventure activities
• Corporate events and retreats

‍1. Reservations

To secure a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the departure date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD).

1. Cancellations by the Client

‍To secure a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the departure date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• More than 30 days before departure: A full refund will be provided.
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellations by the Reveling

Reveling reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, mechanical faults, or low participant numbers. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Reveling strives to provide accurate itineraries; however, we reserve the right to alter routes, itineraries, or venues without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavor to provide alternatives of similar quality and interest.

1. Health and Fitness

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and capable of participating in the chosen activities.

2. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering accidental death, disability, emergency medical expenses (including evacuation), loss of luggage or personal effects, and expenses associated with the cancellation or curtailment of a tour is mandatory for all clients.

3. Compliance with Laws

Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Australia, including health and safety requirements.

Reveling is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with services provided, except where such loss, damage, or injury is due to negligence on our part.

Reveling is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
