We require a 50% deposit to secure corporate event or incentive trip bookings under R500,000. For bookings over R500,000, we require a 30% deposit.

We need to know your final numbers at least 30 days before the start of your event to confirm arrangements and ensure a seamless experience. Bookings made within 30 days of the event require final numbers at the time of confirmation.

Absolutely. You don’t need a concrete date just to make an enquiry. We can lock in the date once we’ve confirmed availability and received your deposit.
